PhonePe Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit of ₹5000 to my 4rabet account on 13 April 2026 at around 6:40 PM using PhonePe UPI from my Bank of India account, but the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. The transaction was completed successfully on PhonePe. The transaction ID is T2604131840527671331580 and the UTR number is 941487138177. The payment was sent to the recipient VPA dee***98712@ptaxis from my UPI ID 9284733***-2@ybl. Although two days have passed since the transaction, my 4rabet account has not received the ₹5000. I contacted 4rabet customer support and was informed that the payment provider has not yet confirmed the successful transaction in their system. However, on my side the transaction clearly shows as successful, and the amount has already been debited from my bank account via PhonePe. I also have a screenshot and confirmation from PhonePe that the receiver’s account has been successfully credited with this payment. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹5000 to my 4rabet account without further delay or refunding the full amount back to my Bank of India account through PhonePe. I also ask for a clear explanation of the status of this transaction based on the transaction ID and UTR details I have provided.
