4rabet UPI Deposit Not Credited - PhonePe Payment Missing

I made two UPI deposits of 6,000 and 2,000 INR to my 4rabet account via PhonePe on 3 April, but the amounts have still not been credited. This is a serious issue for me because the money has been debited from my side and I do not have access to it in my 4rabet account. When I contacted support, I received a message stating that a deposit of 76,000 had been received and that the Finance Department was processing it, and that once the payment provider confirmed the transaction the amount would be credited. I was also given a UTR number 115686132885 and a support ticket number SUP-1296314 and told to keep them for future reference. However, this information does not match my actual deposits of 6,000 and 2,000, and my balance has still not been updated. I request that my total deposited amount of 8,000 INR be either immediately credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my PhonePe-linked bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this confusion between my actual deposits and the 76,000 amount mentioned in the support response, and a confirmation once the issue is fully resolved.
