PhonePe UPI Deposit ₹5,000 Not Credited

On 3rd February 2026 at around 10:51 PM, I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my Parimatch account via UPI using PhonePe. The UPI transaction went through successfully and I have the reference/transaction ID 384246505888, but the amount has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. Despite the payment being completed on my side, my Parimatch account has not been credited with this ₹5,000 up to now. I raised a ticket through Parimatch support, but I have not received any response, and I have also been unable to reach any agent on live chat. I request that this payment be urgently traced using the transaction ID and that my Parimatch account be credited with the ₹5,000 deposit as soon as possible, or the amount be refunded back to my original payment method if the deposit cannot be processed.
