On 13 May 2025 at around 9:31 PM, I deposited 500 RS to my Parimatch account via PhonePe using UPI. The amount was debited from my side, but after some time the transaction status on Parimatch changed to “failed,” and I have still not received my refund. The UPI transaction ID for this payment is T2605132112016790117630. PhonePe shows that the payment has gone through successfully from their side, but on Parimatch it is not reflected properly and is marked as failed. Because of this conflict between the two platforms, my 500 RS is stuck and has not been returned to me. It has already been 2 days since 13 May 2025, and despite the transaction showing as failed on Parimatch, the 500 RS has not been refunded to my account. This delay is causing me serious inconvenience and loss of trust in the service. I request that my 500 RS be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, or that the payment be correctly credited to my Parimatch account. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently using the above transaction ID and resolved promptly.
