BC.Game PhonePe Deposit Pending

I am writing regarding a deposit issue I experienced on BC.Game with my account “Ksfaodzlr***” (ID: 51475***). On 2 April 2026 at around 12:04, I made a deposit of ₹1500 via PhonePe in Indian currency. The amount was debited from my PhonePe account, but the deposit still appears as pending on BC.Game and has not been credited to my balance. Since the date of the transaction, my support tickets have remained pending and I have not received any clear response or solution from BC.Game. This situation is causing me concern because my money has been taken from my PhonePe account but is not available in my BC.Game account. I kindly request that BC.Game either promptly credits the ₹1500 deposit to my account or resolves the pending status of this transaction so that my money is properly reflected in my balance.
