BC.Game Does Not Credit or Refund 99.98 INR Deposit

I made a deposit to my BC.Game account on January 27, 2026, using UPI via PhonePe, in the amount of 99.98 INR. The money was deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to my BC.Game balance. The transaction ID for this payment is T2601270045425485173362, and the UTR number is 425219577228. I contacted my bank and PhonePe, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful on their end. Despite this confirmation, the deposit is still missing from my BC.Game account, and I have not received any response from BC.Game support or live chat regarding this issue. I request that my missing deposit of 99.98 INR be either credited to my BC.Game account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why there has been no response so far.
