PhonePe to BC Game Transfer Failed Despite Successful Status
I made a payment of 500 INR through PhonePe on 22/11/2026 to deposit money into my BC Game account, using my Slice Small Finance Bank account. The amount was debited from my bank account, and the PhonePe transaction shows as completed with the reference number T2602221808351830378245, but the money has not been credited to my BC Game account. I contacted support and was informed that the amount was credited from the bank side, yet there is still no balance showing in my BC Game account. I am stuck between the parties, even though I have paid, and the transaction is marked as successful. I kindly request that this failed/undelivered transaction be investigated urgently and that my 500 INR be refunded to my Slice Small Finance Bank account, as I have not received the funds in my BC Game account despite the debit and successful status on PhonePe.
