Philips SpeedPro Max 8000 XC8049/01 Vacuum Poor Performance
On March 14, 2022, I purchased a Philips SpeedPro Max 8000 XC8049/01 cordless stick vacuum from Trendyol. The vacuum used to work great, almost lifting the carpet off the floor, but now it can't even pick up a kernel of popcorn. Even when it does pick something up, it gets stuck in the dustbin's entrance, obstructing the vacuum's suction. I changed the filter, but it didn't help. When I took it to the Philips service center in Istanbul Bayrampasa, they were uninterested and unhelpful, dismissing my concerns without even checking the vacuum's suction power. The problem is clearly in the tube leading to the dustbin, as the vacuum does not suck hard enough to push the debris into the dustbin. I was happy with the vacuum at first, but I now regret buying it. The quality is no longer what it used to be, and the customer service is insufficient. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone. It broke down after only a year, and I regret spending so much money on it.
