Poor Quality Philips Marathon Ultimate XB9185/07 Bagless Vacuum

I bought a Philips Marathon Ultimate XB9185/07 bagless vacuum cleaner from Trendyol on December 31, 2021. But after only 3 months, the head attachment started to tilt and eventually fell off when it was attached to the vacuum. I had to use my own money to replace the bendy plastic with a piece of metal so it would stand up. Two months later, the right wheel of the head attachment broke, and then the left wheel broke soon after. I took it to the service center, but they said the warranty didn't cover it. I finally fixed the wheels myself with screws, and it works better now than it did before. In conclusion, I really don't think you should buy this product from Philips. My old vacuum was a Bosch, and it still works fine, except that the motor power is lower. We only bought the Philips vacuum because of how well it sucked up dirt, but we now regret it. Shame on you Philips.
