Philips HD9880/90 Airfryer Gives Error 0x9003, Power System Issues

bought a Philips brand HD9880/90 model Airfryer from Hepsiburada.com website a month ago. On the second day we started using it, an error 0x9003 appeared on the screen. Although I encountered any problems with the electricity supply in my house and the outlet to which the Airfryer was plugged, it continued to work even though I tried different outlets. Another important point is that when purchasing the combi boiler, when I looked at the input to the mains of my house on the regulator and the output ranges from the regulator, it was seen that there was a +-3v volk input, which is never a problem. We started to encounter this error frequently in our subsequent Airfryer product uses. No matter how hard we tried, trying to find different prizes over and over again, our food had to be stored in the pan, giving up on safety in the Airfryer. As a result of my conversation with Philips customer service, the same error code was mentioned. Although I requested both Philips customer service and Hepsiburada.com that the product was new and that I wanted to replace it, I was tried to be included in a meaningless process by saying "it will be serviced first and then a replacement report will be issued". Even though I stated that the product did not give an error every time it was started and that the rate of encountering an error was low after being tested in the service, I was ignored. This means that there is a manufacturing problem in the product and it is a completely defective product. From now on, I will never allow a Philips brand product into my home or recommend its use.
