I purchased a Philips Android TV a few years ago and have encountered multiple issues when trying to access popular applications such as YouTube and the Google Play Store. Despite entering my login information correctly, I receive an error message stating that the "password and account could not be matched." Furthermore, when attempting to access the YouTube app, I receive an error saying "this operation is not allowed." These persistent issues have left me extremely frustrated and I am unable to fully utilize my TV as intended. I hope that Philips can promptly resolve these technical difficulties and provide a satisfying customer experience.
