I've enjoyed Netflix on my Philips TV for 4 years, but recently, I get a 'Device not compatible' error. Despite having a Philips Android TV with up-to-date software, I'm now limited to a few channels. This is frustrating, especially considering I switched from an LG Android TV for better performance. I'm seeking urgent assistance from Philips Turkey to resolve this issue and maintain the brand's reliability. It's disheartening that my TV seems unusable now; a solution is needed without compromising the brand's reputation.
