My One-Month-Old Philips TV Leaks White Light Near the Frame
I just bought a Philips 65PUS8507 TV, and I've noticed that there's a white light leak near the frame on the back of the screen when I change stations or turn the TV off. I found out about this while watching a video about the night shot with a thermal camera. It really scared me, especially since the camera is only a month old. I'm very upset about this because I was going to buy an LG OLED TV and don't want to make the same mistake. Philips customer service rep has said they are sorry, but the fact that it needs to be fixed just one month after I bought it makes me unhappy. What do I need to do now?
