Lack of Voice Recognizer and Remote Keyboard on Philips Smart TV

I just bought a Philips Android 65PUS8007 Ambiante TV, and I was disappointed to find out that the remote control doesn't have voice recognition or a keyboard. Because of this, I can only use the directional buttons to move through menus and type text. This is a big hassle and takes away from the user experience as a whole. As a customer, I expect a smart TV to have important features like a keyboard or voice recognition. The lack of these features is a major flaw because they make navigation easier and more efficient. I want Philips to fix this problem, whether that means making a new remote with a mouse or adding voice recognition and a keyboard. I hope that Philips can take care of this problem quickly and come up with a solution that meets their customers' needs.
