Keyboard Not Working on My Philips Ultra HD DVBS2 Smart LED TV

I'm having trouble with my Philips TV because the keyboard doesn't work, so I can't search on Google. Even voice search doesn't work on my TV, which I bought nine months ago. My TV is an Ultra HD DVBS2 smart LED TV that is 50 inches in size. I can't download any apps from the Play store, either, because there's no way to use voice search or the keyboard. This is very annoying because the warranty is still in effect. I am now thinking about going to the Consumer Arbitration Committee with a complaint. Has anyone else's Philips TV had this problem? I'd be grateful for any advice or suggestions on how to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.
