Philips 5PUS8909 TV Panel Failure



After the installation of my PHILIPS 65PUS8909 model TV, which I purchased from Teknosa in November 2024, I encountered a panel failure. I reported the issue to both the authorized service and Philips customer service, but I have not received any response. There is a noticeable pixel failure on both sides of the screen. I even shared photos of the issue to support my claim, but still nothing has been done. It’s very discouraging to be ignored after spending so much on a high-end product. I am requesting a replacement with a brand new product, yet there has been no reply at all.
