My Philips 9000 Series Vacuum Keeps Showing I3 Error Despite Cleaning

I purchased the Philips 9000 Series cordless vacuum from Trendyol about 22 days ago. While it worked fine initially, for the past 3–4 days, the vacuum constantly displays an I3 error, even though I’ve cleaned it thoroughly multiple times.

The vacuum now shuts down after just one minute of use, making it completely unusable. I searched for solutions, but based on the reviews from other users, this appears to be a common issue with no proper fix provided. It's very frustrating to invest in a high-end product and encounter a persistent problem so soon.

Philips, I am demanding a complete product replacement, not another repair attempt. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Please take this seriously and provide a prompt, permanent solution.

I bought a Philips 9000 series 9463 upright vacuum cleaner and I am paying the installments, but the head has been at the service center for over a month. Every time I call, they say 'we are sending an email, we will get information and get back to you,' but no one gets back to me. What kind of head is this that you don't have it in stock, are you manufacturing it again? Honestly, we regret it, what kind of company is this, customer service is zero. Fortunately, there is the Consumer Arbitration Committee, they will solve it now.
