Share Chat Account Suspension No Reason Given Needs Review

I am writing regarding my account on the main ShareChat app, which has been banned for the last 4 days. When I try to log in, the only message I see is “User is banned,” and I have not been given any clear reason or explanation for this action. Before the ban, I was only using the app for chatting and normal communication. I did not intentionally violate any rules or community guidelines. My ShareChat account is linked to the phone number 83106720**. I have already tried contacting ShareChat support by email, but I did not receive any helpful response or solution. I still cannot log in to my account. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned so that I can log in and continue using ShareChat, or that I am at least given a clear explanation of the reason for this ban.
