I purchased the Philips Aqua 9000 Series vacuum just one month ago, and it has already become unusable. Although the battery is fully charged, the device simply won’t power on and instead displays an i10 error code. I scanned the QR code on the vacuum, but it provided no explanation or solution for the issue.

This is incredibly frustrating for a brand-new device, especially one that promises premium performance. I rely on this vacuum daily, and now I’m completely stuck with a product that doesn’t work and no clear path to a resolution.

I am requesting urgent assistance from Philips to resolve this issue. Either fix the error promptly or replace the vacuum under warranty. I trusted this brand for quality—I expect better service and accountability.
