I Keep Getting i8 Error on My Philips Aqua Plus 8000 XC8053/01 Despite Cleaning Filter

I recently purchased the Philips Aqua Plus 8000 Series XC8053/01 cordless vacuum, expecting top-tier performance from a premium product. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a huge disappointment. From the very beginning, the device keeps showing the i8 error during every use—even though I clean the filter thoroughly each time, just as recommended.

I paid a significant amount for this device, and to be dealing with a recurring issue so soon after purchase is unacceptable. The machine constantly interrupts operation with this warning, making it nearly impossible to clean my home efficiently.

I’ve seen that many other customers are facing the same issue, and this suggests a deeper flaw in the product. I request urgent technical support or a replacement, as this is clearly not user error. If Philips is truly committed to quality, they should stand behind their product and offer a real solution. Please address this problem without delay.
