Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After Multiple PhonePe UPI Payments

I am writing regarding three UPI payments made through PhonePe from my account at The Nilgiri District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd, Udhagamandalam Charring Cross branch, which were debited from my bank account but have not been credited to my Parimatch account.

On April 26, 2026, at around 1:20 PM, I made a payment of ₹2,000 to UPI ID JKBMERC00789***@jkb with UTR number 309385940075. On April 14, 2026, at 7:29 PM, I made another payment of ₹2,000 to UPI ID 99721927***@okbizaxis with UTR number 329872068318. Again on April 14, 2026, at 7:30 PM, I made a third payment of ₹2,000 to UPI ID paytm.s1i8***@pty with UTR number 575911590271. All three transactions were intended as deposits into my Parimatch account (Player ID: 512076555, Player Name: Prathap G).

These amounts have been successfully debited from my bank account, and my bank has confirmed that the transactions were completed from their side. However, the funds are still not reflected in my Parimatch balance. I have contacted Parimatch support and shared all transaction details, but I have not received any effective response or resolution. My bank has clearly stated that there is no issue on their end and advised me to follow up with the receiving party, yet my money remains stuck and unusable.

I request that these three UPI transactions be urgently traced and either credited to my Parimatch account (Player ID: 512076555) or refunded back to my bank account at The Nilgiri District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with these transactions to prevent similar issues in the future.
