Philips Aqua Plus 8000 Stick Vacuum Showing i8 Filter Error

On April 29, 2025, I purchased a Philips Aqua Plus 8000 Series stick vacuum cleaner through the Hepsiburada app, with invoice number 7218882314. It has been less than six months since I bought the device, and at first, I was very satisfied with its performance. However, recently it has started to display the “i8 filter error” during every use.

Even though I have completely cleaned the filter and even replaced it with a brand-new original spare filter, the error message still persists. Because of this issue, the vacuum cannot perform proper cleaning — it picks up crumbs but immediately drops them back onto the floor. Since I have a 1.5-year-old child, it’s extremely important for me that the vacuum works correctly.

I have seen many other users online reporting the same problem, yet there doesn’t seem to be any permanent solution available.

My product is still under warranty, and I request that Philips resolve this issue under warranty or replace the device entirely. I can provide the warranty certificate and a video recording of the problem if needed. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
