Please bring Marlboro Touch Gray back to the market with its original protective packaging. The RCB version is just not smokeable. We've tried every alternative, but none of them match the same taste and quality. Everyone I know who used to smoke this brand is saying the same thing. It's not just about a cigarette—it's about consistency and customer satisfaction. Changing the product so drastically without considering loyal consumers is truly disappointing. We really can’t understand why you would change a product that was so popular. We had one simple pleasure, and now even that has been ruined.
