Philip Morris Marlboro Ruined My Experience With the New Touch Gray RCB Version

I’ve been smoking Marlboro Touch Gray for years, but this new RCB version has totally messed up the experience for me. The cigarette pack seems less expensive, the tobacco quality is clearly not as good, and I’ve even come across bits that feel more like wood than actual tobacco. The new packaging makes the cigarettes dry out fast, which makes them rough and not nice to smoke. Honestly, it’s been really disappointing, and I’m thinking about switching to Kent instead. I just don’t get why Marlboro switched things up when so many folks were happy with how it was. I really miss the old version and hope the brand brings it back. This feedback isn't just about what people like—it's really about how good the product is and how much customers can trust it.
