Since September 2025, I’ve noticed a serious decline in the quality of Marlboro Edge Slim and Parliament Aqua Slims cigarettes purchased from various markets in Ankara. Recently, the tobacco seems to have changed, and the cigarettes leave an extremely unpleasant smell in the environment after smoking. This issue occurs with every pack, and considering that the price has now reached ₺97 per pack, this level of quality is simply unacceptable.
I haven’t yet contacted customer service, but I find it difficult to understand how such an issue can exist in such expensive cigarette brands. I request that the company ensure proper quality control and provide a clear explanation regarding this matter.
