Today, I purchased a 20-pack of Parliament Night Blue (short) cigarettes from Tezcan Tekel in Maltepe, Istanbul (Anatolian side). When I opened the pack, I immediately noticed a distinct change in the taste — there was a burning sensation in my throat, an unpleasant odor, and the smoke felt much heavier than usual. The pack shows a production date of 08.12.24 and a serial number printed on it. I’ve never experienced such an issue before; this is the first time it has happened.
Due to this negative experience with the product’s quality, I am requesting a refund for the purchase. I kindly ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
