It was time for my 1999 Peugeot 406 Coupe's inspection, so I needed to schedule a service appointment. I submitted a service request through the Peugeot Turkey website in the evening. Despite the late hour, they responded quickly and assured me that the nearest service center would be notified. The next day, I received a phone call from Egem Service in Bornova, Izmir. I explained that I always take my car to an authorized service center and that I wanted the pre-inspection and maintenance checks performed. They did, however, inform me that they do not accept vehicles prior to the year 2000 and declined to assist me. I immediately notified Peugeot Turkey of the situation but received no response. I sent a reminder after a week but received no response. The company that responded to my initial message within five minutes is no longer in business. I am unable to take my vehicle to an authorized service center, and Peugeot Turkey continues to be unresponsive.

As you might expect, there is not the slightest response because they don't care.

There is not the slightest response. Peugeot Turkey is a completely irresponsible company. It is not fitting for the Peugeot name at all.

Isn't there an official in Turkey who respects the Peugeot brand and reads these?
