Peugeot Service Appointment and Free Checkup Complaint
On August 6, 2024, I visited the Göztepe Peugeot Authorized Service, and they instructed me to make another appointment for the following day, August 7, 2024. They told me to arrive at 8:30 AM without registering in the system for the appointment. When I arrived at 8:30 AM, no one attended to me, and they kept postponing my service.
In addition to my vehicle's maintenance, I wanted to take advantage of Peugeot's free checkup campaign. However, despite their website stating that all authorized services offer this for free, I was informed that it was not available at our service center.
I am writing this complaint from within the service center, and I am leaving without my vehicle being serviced. I request immediate attention to this matter. Thank you.
