I have been a loyal Peugeot customer since 2019 and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience with my Peugeot 3008 1.2 Hybrid (2025 model) in Turkey. On April 10, 2026, I had an accident with my vehicle and on the same day it was delivered, under insurance coverage, to the authorized Peugeot service at Avek Auto in Başakşehir, Istanbul. After the inspection, it was decided that essential parts such as the wheel rim, fender liner and related components had to be replaced. I was then informed that these basic parts are not available in Turkey and must be ordered from abroad, with an estimated delivery time of up to 45 days. I find it unacceptable and disappointing that such fundamental components are not in stock for one of Peugeot’s most popular SUV models in the Turkish market, which directly results in a very long repair time and serious inconvenience for me. My insurance company has provided a temporary replacement vehicle, but this is only for a limited period, and due to the extended repair timeline, I am at risk of remaining without a car. Today I also informed Peugeot Turkey via your web page about this situation. As a customer who has chosen and trusted your brand, I kindly request that you urgently accelerate the supply of the required parts for my vehicle and, if possible, provide a courtesy car or ensure that I am not left without a vehicle until the repair is fully completed. I kindly request your prompt attention and a concrete solution to minimize the inconvenience I am experiencing.
