Peugeot Refused to Fix Tear on My 2023 3008 GT Door Trim Under Warranty

The left driver's door trim of my 2023 model Peugeot 3008 GT model vehicle that I purchased in 2024/2 has a tear and pilling on the edge where it sits on the dashboard. Although the problem is a point where it is very difficult for the user to touch, and even impossible to see unless the door is fully open, the Peugeot warranty officials closed the issue by saying it was user error. I think the issue should be not to fall into the inability to stand behind even the smallest problem in the vehicles it produces and sells for millions before producing new designs.
