Peugeot Refuses to Replace My Defective 5008 GT Despite Multiple Issues

I bought a 5008 GT model from the Peugeot Antalya Antoto Dealer on October 14, 2024, and sadly, this car has a few problems that still haven't been fixed. I’ve tried hard to get a replacement, taking the car in for inspection four times on different days, but the dealer and the manufacturer have said no to my request. The paint on the roof got messed up from bird droppings, but the dealer says it’s not their problem, even though it’s obvious the damage happened from being exposed for too long before it was delivered. There's also a big hole in one of the rims, and I think it's a manufacturing defect. I’ve seen some rust starting to show up in the keyhole of the driver’s door, probably because of not being stored well. I feel really disappointed because these are major issues, and I thought Peugeot would deliver much better quality.
