Peugeot Pulsion Allure 125 CC Faulty Crank at 13,000km and 2.5-Month Repair Delay
38

In July 2023, I bought a brand new 2023 Peugeot Pulsion Allure 125 CC motorcycle from the Isotlar company. This 125 CC model comes with a higher price tag compared to other models in its class. Regrettably, my motorcycle encountered a crankshaft problem at a mere 13,000 km in February 2024 and had to be taken in for repairs.

Even though I was given a timeframe of 4-6 weeks for the repair, it has been more than 2.5 months and the required parts are still nowhere to be found. On top of everything, Peugeot has failed to provide me with a temporary replacement motorcycle, which has caused a great deal of inconvenience.
