my insurance company, Etiler Insurance, hasn't fixed my car for like two and a half months...so pissed off. they said they sent everything to the service center, but now they're saying they never got it. They've also hired some "expert" whose main goals seem to be cutting costs and putting off maintenance. I was told it would take 10 days to fix, but I didn't want to wait around, so I just went ahead and paid for it myself. It's all painted wrong, some parts are missing, and there aren't even any tires on it! The fixes were kinda sloppy and not enough, both Etiler Insurance and the official Peugeot service center totally let me down. They both ditched me, leaving me with a sketchy and crappy car. I ain't gonna say anything else about this whole thing, their lack of competence and carelessness has caused us a ton of problems and extra expenses. I'm hoping that by complaining, I can get the bad service I've been dealing with fixed in a fair way.
