Peugeot Selling Damaged Cars as New Cars

I bought a brand new Peugeot car, but when it arrived, it was covered in scratches, paint flaws, and asymmetries. The hood left front fender, and bumper did not appear to be properly aligned, indicating that the vehicle had been through a lot before arriving at my location. It appeared to have been tampered with by an inexperienced body shop, but they tried to sell it to me as a perfect vehicle. When I expressed my concerns about the car's condition, they initially denied any issues, claiming the differences were within normal tolerances. I requested that they open the hood, revealing additional problems. They acknowledged the flaws and advised me to file a complaint with the main Peugeot office. I refused to accept the car and demanded a full refund right away. However, dealing with Peugeot has been a nightmare since then. They haven't refunded my money, and every time I ask, they say they're waiting for approval from upper management. It's been 17 days, and I'm still waiting for my refund, feeling as if Peugeot is doing whatever it wants with my money. If Peugeot denies any of these allegations, I am willing to share the vehicle registration number and request an expert evaluation report. Be cautious, potential Peugeot buyers! You may receive a vehicle with hidden damage, resulting in a significant decrease in its value. Obtaining a refund can be difficult because they appear to be more interested in using your money to their advantage. Dealing with Peugeot has been a major disappointment, with the company attempting to pass off flawed vehicles as flawless and making it difficult for customers to obtain proper refunds. Peugeot appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, resulting in a slew of dissatisfied customers.
