Peugeot Failed to Supply a Critical Shock Absorber for Months

I own a 2008 model Peugeot, and in May 2025 a fault occurred in the right rear shock absorber of my vehicle. This issue is still ongoing and is affecting both my driving comfort and my safety.
I took my vehicle to the authorized Peugeot service center Ordu Ateş Oto for its 15,000 km maintenance. There, I was informed that the required spare part had not yet arrived and that the repair could not be carried out for this reason. I have been waiting for this part to be supplied since May 2025, and the problem still has not been resolved.
I urgently request that the right rear shock absorber for my Peugeot 2008 be supplied as soon as possible and that the repair be completed without further delay, so that I can use my vehicle safely again.

After the complaint I wrote on December 20, 2025, today is March 10, 2026. Peugeot still hasn't provided a simple part like a shock absorber, nor have they contacted me in any way. Peugeot is a regret.
