Peugeot Failed to Provide the Gift Kit Promised with My New Rifter Allure Package

On January 8, 2025, I purchased a brand-new green Peugeot Rifter 1.5 EAT8 Allure package from Adana Onatça Vizyon Peugeot dealership. My license plate is 33 *** 046. The complimentary gift kit that was supposed to come with the vehicle was missing. The person who handed me the car, Mr. H***, told me that they didn’t have the kit in stock and that I would be informed once it arrived, advising me to call the dealership periodically. However, no one reached out to me, and when I tried calling the dealership myself, either no one answered, or the call was abruptly disconnected. Eventually, I had to contact a lady from the credit department to convey my complaint. I was then called by Ms. B*** from the dealership, who informed me that the kit was unavailable and that I would be notified once it arrived. When I mentioned that my brother purchased the same vehicle a week later and the gift kit was included in his car, she claimed the courier responsible for delivering the kits had taken them. When I explained the situation on Peugeot’s website, I received a call from Ms. F*** at Peugeot Turkey, who stated that the company no longer had an agreement with the supplier of the gift kits and, therefore, couldn’t provide one. So, who is lying—the dealership or Peugeot Turkey? The issue isn’t just about the missing kit but about the dishonesty and stalling tactics used to mislead customers. I didn’t receive a satisfactory explanation or solution. If the dealership’s claim is true, does this mean the brand is willing to leave customers unsupported? And if the statement from Peugeot Turkey is accurate, why wasn’t I told this initially? This experience with Peugeot customer service has been deeply disappointing. If this is how minor issues are handled, I’m concerned about how potential problems with the car would be addressed. I expected better from a globally recognized brand.

I called Peugeot Turkey, and they informed me that their agreement with the company providing gifts for Peugeot in 2025 has ended, and for this reason, they will not be able to supply and deliver the gifts. So why did you keep me waiting until now? Peugeot is a disappointment when it comes to customer service. They are good for nothing but deceiving people. You can choose this brand accordingly...
