Peugeot 2008 Active Prime Gearbox Issue

I bought this Peugeot 2008 Active Prime® 2023 model, a fresh whip, on 8/11/2023. Right now, the car only has 2107 km on it. But, like, on 11/18/2023, the car had a problem with the gearbox. So, after checking it out, the service told me that they gotta replace a part. They're just waiting for it to come in from overseas. It's been over 30 days and the thing I needed still hasn't shown up. So, like, why doesn't Peugeot Turkey have spare parts ready to go? It's kinda concerning, you know? Man, this issue taking forever to get sorted out has got me regretting buying a Peugeot. @Peugeot
