On December 22, 2024, I purchased a brand-new E3008 from the ABC Peugeot authorized dealership in Ankara. I made all the payments, including the first installment of the bank loan, and completed both traffic insurance and comprehensive coverage. Despite this, the vehicle has still not been delivered as of today. I keep hearing the same scripted responses, with the latest excuse being that the car is waiting to be loaded onto the transport truck. When I ask for a clear delivery date, I receive vague answers with no commitment. This entire experience has completely discouraged me, and I regret making the purchase. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered within three weeks, but at this rate, it looks like it will take three months.
