My new Peugeot 3008 car has been giving me trouble since I bought it. It all started with a problem with the gearbox, which caused my car to stop running three times while I was driving. I filed a complaint and took my car to the nearest authorized service center, where they erased the error from my memory and told me it wouldn't happen again. But they wouldn't listen to my other complaints because they said there weren't any. Later, I went to a different service center, and they were able to fix some issues that the first center had missed. After they cleaned the radiator cap and windshield wipers, my car's engine started to smoke. This happened in one of Istanbul's busiest areas during rush hour, and I lost my job, missed iftar, and caused traffic that slowed down thousands of people. The service center sent me to a roadside assistance team, which fixed the problem and told me I could drive the car again. But the same thing happened again, and this time there was more smoke. When I called the same helpline, they told me not to worry and that the problem was caused by the levels of antifreeze and water. At this point, I don't know if my car's engine broke down because of a burnt gasket or because it got too hot. Even so, my car has given me enough trouble and stress that I no longer trust Peugeot cars. I want a permanent resolution.
