I Face Peugeot 3008 ECU Failure With 30 Days Service Delay

I am the owner of a Peugeot 3008 that is only 6 months old, and my vehicle has been at the Mepa authorized service for approximately 30 days due to an ECU (engine control unit) failure. I was informed that the ECU needs to be replaced, but the part is still being awaited from France. For the past month, there has been no concrete progress and no clear delivery or repair date has been provided.
During this entire period, I have been without my vehicle, even though it is practically brand new. I find it unacceptable that such a critical component cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe. The only information I continue to receive is that “the part is being awaited from France,” without any alternative solution, timeline, or reassurance.
I request that the necessary part be supplied immediately and that my vehicle be repaired and returned to me as soon as possible. If this cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, I demand a full refund for the vehicle. I also expect clear, transparent, and regular updates regarding the status of the repair process.

I own a vehicle, and the ECU of my new Peugeot 3008 failed within 6 months. It has been waiting at the authorized service for 30 days. The part is expected to arrive from France, but no clear date or alternative solution has been provided. I have not received any response, and this situation has made me feel very bad.
