Peugeot Delivered My 3008GT With Engine Issues and Has Not Resolved It Yet

While taking delivery of the Peugeot 3008GT on 03/01/2025, we noticed a vibration coming from the engine, and it was immediately taken to the service. The fault has not been detected for 15 days, and they keep saying they are waiting for news from France. This delay has been highly inconvenient, as I am unable to use the car I just purchased. I expected better from such a reputable brand, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The fact that a new vehicle cannot even leave the dealership yet greatly damages brand trust. I want them to acknowledge that the vehicle is faulty, provide an explanation for the issue, and replace it with a new one as soon as possible.

The dealer offered a refund or new vehicle options in order to protect goodwill and the brand name. Thank you, we resolved it with mutual courtesy.
