I intended to buy just a small item—specifically a pet bowl—after clicking on a PetFun4You ad I saw on Instagram. The ad featured a promotion by a well-known chef from MasterChef, which made it seem trustworthy. But after entering my credit card information, I was shocked to find that ₺1400 had been withdrawn from my account without my clear consent.
I never approved that amount, and I certainly didn’t authorize a purchase anywhere near that value. This is unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I immediately blocked my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges, but the damage was already done.
I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺1400 that was taken from my card. PetFun4You must stop these unauthorized transactions and provide full transparency about what exactly I was charged for. I also want all of my personal and financial data removed from their systems. This issue must be resolved now, and I expect a prompt response and refund.
