PeP Does Not Let Me Withdraw My Own Money or Get Support

I want to withdraw money from my PeP account, but I keep getting a "contact a representative" warning. I called twice today, and both times I waited for an hour without reaching anyone. It's extremely frustrating not to get support when it’s urgently needed. Then I sent two emails, but no one responded. I also tried reaching out through PeP’s live support multiple times, but got no reply there either. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will start legal proceedings. I can’t access my own money, and I can’t reach a representative either.
