Rude Treatment by Pegasus Staff at Airport - Unable to Connect Flights and Transfer Baggage

I had a flight from Düsseldorf to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines on September 8th. I needed to travel to Ankara, so I booked a flight from Istanbul to Esenboğa on the same evening. I wanted to connect both flights and have my baggage transferred directly to Ankara. I called customer service, but they were unable to help. When I arrived at the airport, I requested assistance, but was met with incredibly rude behavior. The staff member at counter 246 communicated by shouting.
