I am writing to let you know how difficult it is to access my PNR information for flight PGS337182763. Due to some network issues, I did not receive the SMS with my flight details. While I can view my booking using the PNR on your mobile and web platforms, it isn't very easy to retrieve this information. Please make it easier to access the PNR details.
Could you also add the PNR information to my credit card transaction details for easier reference? Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to request PNR information via SMS through your call center. Typing out each letter of the PNR code, especially letters like 'v' and 'w,' is time-consuming and frustrating. This would greatly assist not only me but also individuals with disabilities or the elderly, who may struggle even more with this process.
