Pegasus Overbooked My Köln-Istanbul Flight: Still Waiting for Compensation After Being Left Standby

On July 13, 2024, I was left as a standby passenger and not allowed to board my Köln-Istanbul flight with Pegasus due to overbooking. I eventually took the next flight. I was told that I’m entitled to compensation for this inconvenience, and I’ve opened a claim. However, all I’ve received from Pegasus are automated emails every 96 hours stating that my request is under review. Am I responsible for your overbooking? Words can’t describe the frustration I’m experiencing. Despite this, my issue remains unresolved, and my compensation hasn’t been paid. There’s no one to talk to, and I urgently need a solution to this situation.
