Pegasus Lost My Luggage and Provided No Clear Resolution or Update

On November 7, 2024, I checked in my luggage at Salt Lake City Airport without any issues for my Amsterdam to Sabiha Gökçen flight with Pegasus Airlines. Unfortunately, my luggage never arrived in Istanbul. After a grueling 22-hour journey, I was exhausted and had to wait another hour and a half at baggage claim, only to be told by Pegasus staff, “Yes, this happens.” This response is unacceptable. All I was asked to do was fill out a basic form, with no clear information on if or when my bag might be returned. It’s deeply frustrating not to know the whereabouts of my luggage or when I’ll get it back. I urge Pegasus to take responsibility and provide an immediate update on my missing baggage.
