Pegasus Left My Bag Behind on SAW-Tirana Flight - Insufficient Compensation Offered

On August 19, 2024, I flew with Pegasus Airlines from SAW to Tirana, but my luggage was not loaded onto the plane, causing significant inconvenience and distress. The compensation amount Pegasus is offering me is just 459.82 TRY. This amount is not sufficient to cover the trouble caused. In fact, I’d rather give you 500 TRY, as it seems you need it more. I have already filed a complaint with CİMER, and I am voicing my grievance here as well. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I expect better from an airline. Please address this matter appropriately.
