Pegasus Left Me Without Water or Food for Nine Hours on the Flight

On October 27, 2025, we experienced a serious inconvenience on Pegasus flight PC1046 from Hamburg to Istanbul (PNR: 15PXAL, seats: 22E, 22D, 22F). Due to adverse weather conditions, we were on board for a total of nine hours. During this time, passengers were not provided with any water or food. The cabin crew stated that they had no water or food left and that we could not even purchase it with cash. Not providing water or food for nine hours in the presence of elderly patients and children is a disgrace for a company like Pegasus! Following this incident, we contacted Pegasus customer service and received a response stating that the delay was due to extraordinary circumstances and was not the airline's responsibility. However, it is unacceptable that our basic needs were not met during such a long wait. To prevent this from happening again, I request an apology, an explanation, compensation, or bonus points from Pegasus. I request that the necessary precautions be taken to prevent similar grievances from happening to other passengers.
