I received a message from Pegasus that my 11:30 AM Istanbul to Izmir flight, scheduled 1.5 months from now, has been moved to 8:10 AM. When I contacted Pegasus about this sudden 3-4 hour change, they said they could cancel or change the flight. However, the next closest flight is at 2 PM. This is completely unhelpful and inconveniences customers. Additionally, I have experienced long delays on my last 5 flights.
